Our Founder: Jeff Robison
Focused Fight Team was founded by Jeff Robison, an ordinary guy with extraordinary work ethic!
Since 2008, Jeff has led Club MMA as the Owner and Head Coach, transforming it into a beacon of excellence in the martial arts world with over 1,000 current active students spanning two schools in the greater Cincinnati area. Jeff's extensive training and experience, gathered from gyms around the world, inform his holistic approach to coaching and leadership.
His commitment to martial arts extends beyond the gym. He actively consults for businesses, organizations, and correctional facilities, helping them improve sales, develop programs, and explore diverse martial arts styles. His dedication to continuous learning in leadership, communication, and life coaching enhances his ability to lead and inspire.
