Learn how to read reactions from mount and transition to the back.

Connect guard sweeps directly into dominant top positions.
Drill 7 – Turtle Flow Drill
Blend wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu with a flow drill that includes sprawls, sit-outs, Granby rolls, and technical stand-ups.
Drill 8 – Standing 50/50 Drill
A layered takedown drill influenced by Judo that builds stand-up movement and timing.
Drill 9 – Standing Pummeling Drill
Develop control of upper body ties including underhooks, collar ties, and wrist control.
Drill 10 – 3-Level Grip Fighting System
